Live Work Studio

Conversion of an existing outbuilding into a two bedroom live work studio for an artist.

The works included the reconfiguration of ground and first floor areas, particularly the incorporation of a separate garage space into the studio and living areas of the accommodation. The piercing of a structural wall and incorporation of a small mezzanine provided an opportunity to install a large arched window overlooking a newly created stair. This was positioned to arrive at the junction of the existing flights, connecting the kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
