The Studio
Established in 2018 and based between London and Stroud, Gloucestershire, Assorted Studio specialises in the careful integration of the material, cultural and experiential aspects of architecture to create designs that are low impact, context-sensitive and built around their occupants' lives.
We bring an experience and material-led approach to our projects, specialising in the careful repair, reconfiguration and regeneration of both interior and exterior spaces.
Our clients’ wellbeing and quality of life is central to our work, with a focus on helping our clients invest wisely in the value of their properties.
Alongside commissions, we undertake regular research projects, as well as collaborations with writers, researchers, craftspeople, manufacturers and organisations.

Director
Alaric brings a holistic approach to architectural design that combines a thoughtful appreciation of local history and vernacular with an obsession for the responsible (re-)integration of site-specific and innovative materials.
He works with a friendly, client-centric approach to design bespoke details, fittings, buildings and spaces that are technically-robust and experience-centred.
Alaric founded Assorted Studio in 2018 after graduating as part of the founding cohort of the London School of Architecture.
